Terms of service
Updated 20 October 2026
These terms cover Loopspec Extensions: the Gramcheck and Meetkeep browser extensions, the licenses we sell for them, the license server they use, and this website. Loopspec makes and runs all of them. By installing an extension, buying a license or using this website, you agree to these terms.
Trying the extensions
- Gramcheck includes a 14-day trial with every feature. After the trial, checking needs a license.
- Meetkeep is free to use for recordings up to 20 minutes. A license removes the limit and unlocks the paid features listed on its page.
Purchases
Each license is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Prices are in US dollars and are shown on each extension's page and at checkout.
Creem processes every purchase as our merchant of record. Creem is the seller on your receipt, collects the payment and any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live, and its checkout terms also apply to your payment. We never see your card details; see our privacy policy for what we keep about your order.
After you pay, the extension collects your license file automatically, and the checkout's thank-you page shows it as well. You can recover the same license any time on the recovery page with your order ID and the email you paid with.
Your license
A license lets you, as one person, use the extension it was bought for on every computer and browser profile you use yourself. It does not need an account and it does not expire.
- The license is personal. Don't share your license file, publish it, or sell or transfer it to someone else. Each person who uses a paid extension needs their own license.
- The license includes updates for a fixed period from your purchase date: Gramcheck for 5 years and Meetkeep for 3 years. After that, the extension keeps working with the features you bought. We don't promise new rules, site support, features or fixes after the update period ends.
- The extensions themselves remain ours. A license gives you the right to use them, not ownership of the software.
Refunds
If an extension isn't right for you, you can get a full refund within the refund window that starts on your purchase date:
- Gramcheck: 30 days.
- Meetkeep: 14 days.
To ask for a refund, email support-ext@loopspec.com with your order ID from within the window. You don't need to give a reason. The refund goes back to the payment method you used, through Creem.
When an order is fully refunded, or when its payment is disputed or charged back, its license is revoked: we stop issuing it and it can no longer be collected or recovered. A refunded license is no longer yours to use, so remove it from the extension. A partial refund, such as a price adjustment, keeps your license.
Permitted use
You may use the extensions for personal or work purposes, as long as you use them lawfully. You agree not to:
- remove, bypass or tamper with the trial, the free limits or license checks, or create, alter or distribute license files;
- copy, resell, rent or redistribute the extensions or their rule and site data, or publish modified versions of them;
- misuse our license server or this website, for example by automated requests, guessing order IDs, or attempts to disrupt them;
- use Meetkeep to record a call without giving the notice or getting the consent that the law requires where you and the other participants are. You are responsible for telling people before you record them.
If you break these terms, we may revoke your license without a refund.
Other services
The extensions work inside websites run by other companies, such as Gmail, Google Docs, Google Meet, Notion and Slack. We aren't affiliated with them, and they can change their sites in ways that stop an extension from working there until we update it. Their own terms still apply when you use them. Chrome and the Chrome Web Store are run by Google under Google's terms.
No warranty
We work to make the extensions useful and reliable, but they are provided as they are. Gramcheck can miss mistakes or suggest changes you don't want, so check important writing yourself. Meetkeep depends on your browser, disk space and Google Meet, so check that a recording worked before you rely on it. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond what these terms state.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, writing or recordings, and our total liability for any claim about an extension is limited to what you paid for its license. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that the law says cannot be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we update this page and the date at the top. Changes don't take away a license or a refund window you already have.
